For all going to Wake Forest, please take note of the following announcements:

• To travel with the team you must have a signed travel policies form on file with Mr. Kline. This form can be downloaded from the website here as a PDF document.
• Permission forms for Wake Forest are due THIS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 7. This includes teacher/parent/student signatures, and the cost for the trip. All of this information can be downloaded from the website: Infosheet, Permission Form.

Please get these forms in on time, we will be cracking down on traveling without appropriate forms this year, and would hate to drop you from a tournament because you forgot to turn in forms.

If you have forgetful friends, please remind them too so that everyone gets the information.
