If you are going to Harvard, you must attend a mandatory meeting (regardless of what event you are in) for information. There will be two meetings held: February 13 and February 14, from 2:30 to 3:00. You only need to attend one of the meetings, so pick the date that is better for you. Both meetings will be held in LA-27.

In addition, the logistics information can be downloaded here. This document includes air/hotel/cost/chaperone information for parents, and a permission form. Please turn in the permission form and money ASAP.

Also, those going to Harvard need to fill out this information form online, with which we’ll be able to have all of the necessary information needed for our trip.
