Congratulations to all of the students that qualified to the CFL Grand National Tournament this past weekend. Myers Park qualified a total of 12 students/teams in 7 different events! Specifics can be found on the achievements page.
If you qualified, you should receive an email in the upcoming days notifying you that you have been added to the CFL Qualifier mailing list. This will make communication easier for Mr. West and Mr. Kline with respect to arranging the trip to the Grand National Tournament, which will be held in Houston, TX from May 25-27, 2007.

The CFL of Charlotte Qualifying Tournament is being held at Myers Park this Saturday (Jan. 20). Help is needed to move food/drinks to the cafeteria area after school this Friday. If you can stay, please meet in Mr. West’s room (LA-27) following the end of school. We will probably have to wait a few minutes for the campus to clear out, but it should not take that long.

We’re happy to introduce a new way to sign up for tournaments that we attend as a team throughout the year. Online tournament sign-ups are now available for Cary Academy, being held on February 4, 2006.
